We put up just enough drywall to create a separation of the bedroom and bathroom spaces, add bathroom and kitchen fixtures and move in to the basement. Moving downstairs allows work to progress upstairs unimpeded by our stuff. After several versions of vanity stands, we built our own in the Home Depot isle from galvanized piping.
